OVPL provides creative production services to print shops: separations, embroidery digitizing, DTF files, vector artwork, mockups and related work. By signing up or sending us files, you agree to these terms. If anything is unclear, email hello@overprintlab.com and we'll explain — we don't hide behind legalese.
OVPL is a B2B service. You must be at least 18 and authorized to act on behalf of your business. By using the service, you confirm that the artwork and source files you send us are yours or that you have permission to reproduce them.
You can cancel any monthly plan at the end of your current billing cycle — no questions, no penalties. We don't issue refunds for partial months, but you keep access until the period ends.
For per-project work, refunds are case-by-case. If we delivered something you can't use because of our error, we'll fix it or refund it. If you change your mind after we've started, we charge for the time already invested.
All artwork and source files we deliver are work-for-hire and become yours the moment payment clears. We may keep a copy in our archive for 12 months to handle revisions and reorders, and we may show finished work in our portfolio with your shop's name redacted.
Standard turnaround is 48–72 business hours for most files. Rush options are available. We hit our deadlines >95% of the time; if we miss one badly because of our fault, you get credit on your next invoice.
We work hard to deliver print-ready files. If a file we deliver causes a misprint, our maximum liability is the amount you paid us for that file or that month — whichever is less. We're not responsible for ink, garment, or production costs incurred at your shop. Always check our files on a test print before running production.
If we change these terms, we'll email you at least 14 days before they apply. Continued use after the date means you accept the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, U.S.A. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Jefferson Parish, Louisiana. Before going to court, please email us first — most issues are misunderstandings we can fix in a call.
