OVPL (a brand of CRC Global Solutions LLC) operates this website and provides creative production services to print shops. We are based in Kenner, Louisiana, United States. You can reach us at hello@overprintlab.com.

2. What we collect

We collect only the information needed to provide our services and respond to inquiries:

Contact information you give us voluntarily: name, email, phone, company, when you fill a form or book a call.
Project files you upload for production: artwork, mockups, references. We keep these only as long as needed to deliver and for 90 days after for revisions.
Usage data: page views, country, referring URL. We use privacy-friendly analytics (no cookies tracking individuals across sites).

3. How we use it

We use your information to:

Respond to your inquiries and provide quotes.
Deliver the creative production services you contract.
Send invoices and important account communications.
Improve our website and services.

We do not sell your data, do not share it with advertisers, and do not use it to train AI models without your explicit consent.

4. Who we share with

To deliver our services, your data may be processed by a small number of trusted providers:

Vercel — website hosting
Supabase — database for accounts and quotes
Our overseas creative team — only the project files needed to do your work, under NDA

We never share your data with anyone else without your permission, unless required by law.

5. Your rights

You can ask us at any time to:

See what data we have about you
Correct anything that is wrong
Delete your account and associated data
Export your data in a portable format

6. Cookies

We use only essential cookies needed for the site to work (session, theme preference). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

7. Children

Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

8. Changes

If we update this policy, we'll change the date at the top and notify you by email if you have an account with us. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
